SONATRACH Company – LRP Activity a,d LQS Division- Complex GP2Z, B.P. N°23 - Route de Mostaganem, ARZEW -Oran, issues a national and international restricted invitation to tender, in a single stage concerning:

Supply of 16 sectioning valves with pneumatic and electric command for GP2Z Complex

The present national and international restricted invitation to tender in a single stage is addressed to only manufacturers specialized in manufacturing the sectioning valves with pneumatic and electric command, as well as the certified manufacturers or suppliers (only the distributors that are certified by the manufacturers and owning an exclusivity certificate).

The Physical or Moral Persons excluded by the Sonatrach Group, for breach of the ethical rules issued by Sonatrach, will not be allowed to withdraw the tender package and will not be able to bid or be awarded a contract throughout the whole Period of their exclusion.

Against:

The presentation of A payment voucher, with a non-repayable amount of ( two thousand Algerian Dinars) 2000DZD for the local tenderers or (Twenty Euros) 20€ for the foreign ones.

The payment will be done by transfer to the Bank account N°00200070700416043530, open at the External Bank of Algeria (BEA), Agency 70 El Marsa, located at 11 Rue Mohamed Fertas , Tourville-ARZEW.

The submission mode to this invitation to tender is in a single stage.

On the level of this invitation to tender, the technical tenders, with no reference to the price, and the financial ones must be submitted simultaneously into two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope, at the address mentioned above.

The tenders’ submission deadline is limited at 2 months as from the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem. Only the reception seal of the General Order Bureau (BOG), apposed on the envelope shall make valid.

For the local tenderers:

The submission bail amount for the relative submission is 660.000.00DZD

For the foreign tenderers:

The submission bail amount for the relative submission is 6.600.00DZD

With a validity duration that is equal to the tenders’ validity duration, i.e. 180 days, assorted by an additional delay of 30 calendar days.

The folds will be opened in the presence of or the tenderers’ representatives who wish to attend the opening session which will take place in Complex GP2Z, in a delay of 8 days after the tenders’ reception deadline.

The bidders keep bound to their offers for a period of 180 calendar days as from the tenders’ handing over date.

The envelopes containing the financial tenders shall be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who would like to attend or their representatives duly designated during the opening and examination session of the financial tenders, which shall take place on the date, time and address that shall be mentioned in the invitation that would be addressed to only the tenderers whose technical tenders are declared conform to the specifications requirements.

The bidders keep bound to their offers for a period of 180 calendar days as from the tenders’ handing over date.

To note that by applying new dispositions, related to the submission bail, we inform the tenderers as follows:

The SWIFT supplied by the tenderers shall not be taken in consideration.

Every technical tender missing the original copy of the submission bail shall be rejected.
