SUPPLY OF VARIOUS ASYNCHRONOUS ELECTRIC MOTORS

TWO (02) SEPARATE BATCHES

Sonatrach Company –Refining Petrochemistry Activity – Exploitation Refining Division- Algiers Refinery- Sidi Arcine-Baraki- POB N° 185, El Harrach, launches a National and International Open Call to tender for:

Supply of various asynchronous electric motors two (02) separate batches

BATCH 1: Supply of ten (10) low voltage asynchronous electric motors.

BATCH 2: Supply of five (05) high voltage asynchronous electric motors.

The closing date of withdrawing the tender file is fixed to thirty (30) calendar days before 04:00 PM starting from the publication date of the present notice in the BAOSEM, against a payment of non-refundable amount of Three Thousand Algerian Dinars (3 000, 00 DA) for the national bidders and Twenty Euros (20, 00 €) for the foreign bidders, and on presentation of a certified and signed copy of electronic trade register and provided with the company stamp.

The payment proof relating to the tender file (Bank notice) must be established in the name of the candidate.

The mode of one step is applied to the current call to tender.

Under the current call to tender, the technical and financial bids must be submitted simultaneously and under penalty of rejection in separate sealed inner envelopes, placed in a single sealed anonymous envelope and bearing the indications and references of the Call for Tenders as below:

Technical and Financial Offer

Bid not to open

The deadline for submitting technical and financial offers is fixed to Sixty (60) calendar days before 4:00 PM. starting from the publication date of the present notice in the BAOSEM. If the last day of the deadline for submitting tenders coincides with a legal holiday, the date will be postponed to the next working day.

The technical offers are accompanied with a bid guarantee of:

BATCH1: Supply of ten (10) low-voltage asynchronous electric motors: Three Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Algerian Dinars (396000 DA) for bidders with Algerian rights and Two Thousand Six Hundred Five Euros (2605 €) for bidders with foreign rights

BATCH2: Supply of five (05) high-voltage asynchronous electric motors: Four Hundred Seventy Thousand Algerian Dinars (470000 DA) for bidders with Algerian rights and Three Thousand Ninety-Two Euros (3092 €) for bidders with foreign rights.

Of which the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is one hundred and twenty (120) days starting from the folds opening session date with an additional period of thirty (30) calendar days.

The original of the bid guarantee can be submitted by any interested candidate in the day of the folds opening session.

The folds containing the technical offers will be opened in presence of bidder or their duly representatives who would like to attend the folds’ opening session, which will take place at the new administrative building of Algiers Refinery (Sidi Arcine -Baraki), Seven (07) days after the closing date of submitting the offers.

The folds containing the financial offers will be opened and evaluated in presence of bidders or their duly representatives who would like to attend the financial tenders’ opening and evaluation session which will take place, on date and time mentioned on the invitations that would be transmitted to the only bidders whose technical offers are declared in accordance with the tender’s file requirements.

The bidders will remain committed to their bid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days form the date of opening the folds.

The bidders can submit for one or more batches.
