NAFTAL Spa, fuel Branche, Aviation Directorat, launches a National and International Open Tender Notice regarding :

Supply of WBF Water Barrier Filter Cartridges

The tender documents can be withdrawn electronically at the following address :

CBR.Marches@naftal.dz or at the Audit Department, Naftal fuel Branch, Aéroport HOUARI BOUMEDIENNE, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Dinars (5,000 DA) for national tenderers and Fourty Euros (40 €) for foreign tenderers, payable by transfer to account N°00200016160166050679 B.E.A Agency palais des Expositions Pins Maritimes - Alger, from the date of publication of this notice on the BAOSEM.

offers are submitted in two (02) separate stages :

The first stage : submission and opening of technical offers.

The opening of the COP Technical offers will take place on: April,01st, 2026 at 09 AM.

Concerning the present invitation to tender, the tenderer shall place the original technical offer and its two (02) copies in two separate sealed inner envelopes.

The inner envelopes will be placed in an anonymous outer envelope marked as follows:

“NOT TO BE OPENED”.

Technical offers are subject to a bid bail of :

National tenderers: One Million Five Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars

(1 500 000.00 DA).

Foreign tenderers: Ten Thousand Euros (€10 000.00).

The period of validity of which is equal to the period of validity of the offers, i.e. One Hundred and Twenty 120 days, plus an additional period of thirty 30 calendar days.

The second stage : submission and opening of financial offers, which will be submitted by the tenderers or a their representatives duly mandated and opened immediately, a letter of invitation specifying the place and date of the Commercial COP offers’ opening will be sent only to eligible tenderers for the commercial offer.
