NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL TENDER NOTICE

N°02/20/AONI /DIR /TEC B. GPL

NAFTAL company, JSC (joint stock company) with  the capital of 15 650 000 000 DA, branch LPG located at 05 Hameug Idir st  Algiers ,Algeria , launches national and international tender notice relates to :

“Supply supervision of assembly and commissioning of eleven (11) LPG emptying benches for LPG filling centers

The Tender folder can   be withdarwn from Audit Group, Market Departement at the address indicated above at latest on the forty second day (42nd) day at 4 P.M, from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM, unless time extension, for interested applicants, against a non-refundable payment amount of ten thousand (10.000 DA) for national tenderers and one hundred euros (100 €)

Payment will be made by transfer   to the following Bank accounts:

The two step bidding process applied to this call for bids:

Under the first stage of this call of tender, technical bid must be submitted without any indication of price. The tenderers are obliged to submit  their technical offering a guarantee of offer issued at order Bank to the BEA in the account of One Million Five Hundred (1500,000.00 DA)  and fifteen (15000.00 €)for foreign tenderers. The period of validity of the tender guarantee should be equal to the period of the validity of the tenders, with an additional of 30 calendar days. The reception and opening of the “Technical offer” will take place in public session at the indicated above address, in the presence of the tenderers or their duly authorized representatives. The date, time and place of receipt and opening of the folds will be confirmed by letter of invitation directly to all operators who have withdrawn the DAO

Do not open

Successful bidders  under first (1st ) stage following evaluation of their technical offers, will be invited to participate in the second (2nd ) stage and submit their financial offers on the date, time and place  which be communicated to them at a later date.

The tenderers   will remain committed by their bids for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the date of opening of the folds of technical bids.
