National and International Invitation to tender

N° 16/TRC-MTN-MNL-OPS/2021-INV

Sonatrach Company, Transportation Activity, Direction Maintenance Laghouat BP93 at Hai Essadikia is launching a National and international competitive tender for :

Tapping machine in two (02) batches:

batch 1 : Tapping machine Model A et B

batch 2 : Tapping machine Model C

The tender document can be withdrawn electronically or in hard copy at : Maintenance Direction based in Laghouat Hai Essadikia or at the office of withdrawal of bidding documents located at the seat of TRC-Sidi Arcine, Baraki- Algiers and no later than one (01) week before the deadline for submission of offers by all interested parties,Against presentation of a copy of the trade register, against payment a non-refundable fee of 5,000 dinars for domestic and 40 € for foreigners. Payment will be made by transfer to the bank account No. 00200029290296090017 BEA Laghouat Agency. Code BIC / SWIFT : BEXADZAL029.

The proof of payment relating to the withdrawal of the tender dossier (bank notice, cash payment slip) must be in the name of the tenderer's business name

A one-step mode of submission is applied to this tender.

Under this invitation to tender, the technical offers, without any indication of prices and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes separated and identified separately by lot contained in one envelope, to the Direction Maintenance Laghouat, BP 93 Hai Essadikia Laghouat, no later than Six (06) weeks, Forty-Two (42) days from the date of publication of this notice to tender.

If the last day for submission of tenders falls on a day of rest or a statutory holiday, the delivery date is postponed to the next working day

Technical proposals are accompanied by a tender Warranty:

Lot 01 :

 Eight Hundred Thousand Dinars (800 000 DZD) for national tenderers;

 Five Thousand Euros (5 000€) for foreign tenderers;

Lot 02 :

 Nine Hundred Thousand Dinars (900 000 DZD) for national tenderers;

 Five Thousand Seven Hundred Euros (5 700€) for foreign tenderers;

The period validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, One Hundred and Fifty (150) days, together with an additional 30 calendar days

The envelopes containing the technical offers will be opened in presence of the tenderers representatives who wish to the opening session to be held in the Direction Maintenance Laghouat, PO Box 93 Hai Essadikia, Laghouat, on the date and time indicated in the invitation letter that will be given to the tenderer during the taking out of the specifications.

The envelopes containing the financial offers will be opened and examined in the presence of tenderers who wish to attend or their duly appointed representatives during the opening session and review of the financial tenders to be held on the date and at the time and address mentioned in the invitation addressed only to tenderers whose technical tenders declared conform to the requirements of the tender Document.

Tenderers will remain committed by their tender for a period of One Hundred and Fifty (150) calendar days from the date of technical proposals submission.
