FERTIAL Spa, Manufacturer of Fertilizers, issues a national and international open invitation to tender for the following service:

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR INTEGRAL MAINTENANCE OF BAG PACKAGING LINES FOR THE NPK BAGGING UNIT

FERTIAL - ANNABA FACTORY

(24-month agreement)

Tenderers must justify the following eligibility conditions:

Professional capabilities: Tenderers must have a certificate of exclusive maintenance issued by the manufacturer PAYPER valid and covering the duration of the contract.

Technical capabilities: Tenderers must have performed similar services on PAYPER, NEWTECH, UNITECH systems, justified by at least two certificates of good performance.

The tenderers that are interested in this invitation to tender must:

Send by email a digital copy of the payment voucher with an amount of:

Mention the number of the invitation to tender in your email.

A soon as the payment voucher is checked, FERTIAL Spa sends in return the specifications and the contract project.

The offer must contain the documents that are required in the specifications, divided into 02 parts:

• Technical file;
• Financial file.

The technical and financial files are contained in 02 distinct folds, must be deposited in a sealed and anonymous fold at the following address:

The specifications may be withdrawn or transmitted by email:

The tenderers must submit their offers on 21^st day utmost at 16h00 after the first publication of this notice, at the address mentioned above.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 120 workdays as of the offers’ submission deadline.
