NOTICE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PRE-QUALIFICATION

N° 02/PREQ/EXP/DFSP/2025

TECHNICAL PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR LABORATORIES SPECIALIZING IN CORROSION ANALYSIS.

DRILLING FLUIDS SERVICES AUX PUITS (DFSP) (formerly BASP) hereby launches a Pre-Qualification process with the aim of :

Establishing a short-list of companies or laboratories specialized in the performance of corrosion analyses, for the needs of its activities in development fields and exploration basins located in Algeria, to support its operations in development fields and exploration basins located in Algeria.

This notice is open to both national and international companies operating in the field of corrosion analysis.

The Pre-Qualification will be conducted in accordance with the conditions specified in the Pre-Qualification Document and is open to all potentially qualified and eligible applicants.

DRILLING FLUIDS SERVICES AUX PUITS (DFSP) (formerly BASP) invites interested national and international companies to either collect or request the Pre-Qualification Document electronically, upon publication of this notice in the BAOSEM, by submitting a written request along with a legal document justifying their activity to the following address:

The prequalification files must be submitted in a sealed envelope containing three (03) copies, including one (01) original, two (02) copies, and one electronic copy.
These must be sent by post or delivered to the Registry Office at the above-mentioned address, within twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM, and must bear the following statement:

If the deadline falls on a public holiday or a weekend (Friday or Saturday), the deadline shall be extended to the next working day.

Applicants who have withdrawn the Pre-Qualification Document may request clarifications under the conditions specified in said document.

Application files must be submitted to the address indicated above.

Companies successfully pre-qualified at the end of this process will be listed in a shortlist that will be published in the BAOSEM.

Only pre-qualified companies will be invited to participate in the Selective Consultations that will be launched by DFSP (ex BASP).

Any company excluded from the procurement process of SONATRACH, ENSP, or DFSP is not eligible to apply for this Pre-Qualification for the entire duration of the exclusion period.

Any clarification request must be submitted in writing and sent no later than five (05) days before the submission deadline.
