UPDATING THE LIST OF POTENTIAL AND QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR THE ACQUISITION OF 3D seismic data

SONATRACH Jsc Exploration-Production Activity, Exploration Division, Avenue du 1er Novembre Building ‘’C’’, Block IAP, BP 68M, Boumerdès – 35000, issues a National and INTERNATIONAL PREQUALIFICATION to update the list of potential and qualified candidates for:

THE ACQUISITION OF 3D seismic data

Prequalified candidates registered in the list must update their prequalification files initially submitted, via an application file to be submitted under the conditions and forms set out in the prequalification file.

Interested candidates meeting the required conditions may obtain any useful information and examine the prequalification file from the Legal Department at the address indicated below:

The prequalification file can be withdrawn at the above address or requested via the e-mail address pudc.exp@Sonatrach.dz, no later than forty-five (45) calendar days as of the first publication of this notice in the (BAOSEM), by any interested candidate or his duly authorised representative, upon presentation of a copy of the electronic commerce register, a mandate and proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of

For Algerian companies: 5000 DZD payment of which will be made by transfer to the bank account of SONATRACH EXR, Agence Banque Extérieure d’Algérie (BEA of SH_HYDRA  ALGER - ALGERIA, RIB: 00200005050326412653 or by cash payment to the Exploration Division Fund.

For Foreign companies: (50) US Dollars. payment of which will be made by transfer to the bank account of SONATRACH EXR, Agence Banque Extérieure d’Algérie (BEA of SH_HYDRA ALGER - ALGERIA, RIB: 00200005050326412653, IBAN: 00200005050326412653, SWIFT CODE BEXADZAL005.

Transfers made by Swift must be confirmed by the External Bank of Algeria.

Payment documents relating to the withdrawal of the pre-qualification file (Bank Notes/Cash Transfer Slips) must be drawn up on the name of the candidate.

The outer envelope must be anonymous and bear only the following information:

Application files must be received by SONATRACH/Exploration Division at the address specified above and in a period of (45) calendar days utmost as of the first publication of this notice in the (BAOSEM).

If the last day for submitting application files coincides with a public holiday or a legal day of rest, the above-mentioned deadline is extended until the following business day.

Application files received after the deadline will be considered null and void, the stamp of the Exploration Division registry office affixed to the file being proof.

Application files are opened and evaluated in the absence of candidates.
