Reference: Order No. 09/2021/SPE/PC dated December 15th 2021 "The acquisition of a laboratory device for measuring the dielectric dissipation factor (tan δ) and direct current resistivity in transformer oils with commissioning and training: BATCH No. 01"
We note that, despite all our reminders, you have not deigned to honor your contractual commitments:
Commissioning of the equipment;
Training of agents.
Failure to comply with the essential obligations mentioned in the contract requires us to issue this formal notice. We hereby order you to take all necessary corrective measures within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of this letter.
We inform you that if no satisfactory corrective action is taken within the specified timeframe, we will be required to take the following measures:
Cancel the order at your sole risk,
Invest in the performance bank guarantee.
