OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL TENDER NOTICE

N°18/TRC/MNT/APP/2025 for the acquisition of Fifty five (55) Industrial Workstations (HMI)

SONATRACH Spa, Pipeline Transport Activity, Maintenance Division, Procurement Department, BP 08 Sidi-Arcine - Baraki, Algiers, launches a Notice of Open National and International Tender N°18/TRC/MNT/APP/2025, for :

THE ACQUISITION OF FIFTY FIVE (55) INDUSTRIAL WORKSTATIONS (HMI).

The one-(01) step bidding method applies to this Call for Tenders.

The Tender File may be collected at the address mentioned above, by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Ten Thousand (10,000.00) Algerian Dinars for bidders under Algerian law or one hundred (100.00) Euros or its equivalent in foreign currency for bidders under foreign law.

Payment will be made by bank transfer to the bank account IBAN N° 002 000 05 05032 64 124 59- SWIFT: BEXADZALA 005, opened at the Banque Extérieur d'Algérie (BEA) branch Site SH - Djenane El Malik Hydra- Algiers (16000) Algeria.

The payment voucher and the copy of the e-commerce register with the function code.

The payment receipt must imperatively bear the references of the tender to be collected and must bear the name or company name of the tenderer.

Upon receipt of the payment voucher and the copy of the trade register by SONATRACH on the email address mentioned above, the tender will be sent to the bidder.

The deadline for withdrawal of the Tender Documents is set at forty five (45) calendar days from the publication of this notice in the BAOSEM Energy and Mining Sector Tender Bulletin.

Under this call for tenders, technical bids, without any indication of price, and financial bids must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope, to the address indicated above, no later than sixty (60) days from the publication of this notice in the BAOSEM Energy and Mining Sector Tenders Bulletin.

If this day coincides with a public holiday or a legal day of rest, the period of preparation of tenders is extended until the next working day

Any tender received after this deadline will be considered null and void, as evidenced by the receipt stamp of the SONATRACH/TRC Headquarters registry.

The technical bids are accompanied by a bid guarantee of Two Million Algerian Dinars (2,000,000.00 DA) for bidders under Algerian law or fifteen thousand Euros (€15,000.00) or its equivalent in foreign currency for bidders under foreign law.

The period of validity of the tender is equal to the period of validity of the tenders with an additional period of 30 calendar days.

The bid guarantee may be delivered by interested candidates on the day on which the bids for technical tenders are opened.

The tenders will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the tenderers who wish to do so at the publi c opening session which will take place at the address indicated above.

Bidders will remain bound by their bid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days, from the date of opening of the technical bids.
