NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL RESTRICTED CALL FOR TENDERS

FOR THE ACQUISITION OF THREE (03) NEW TRAINING AIRCRAFT

As part of the development of its activities, the Algerian airline TASSILI TRAVAIL AERIEN Spa (TTA) is launching this National and International Restricted Call for Tender for:

THE ACQUISITION OF THREE (03) TRAINING AIRCRAFT.

Excluding any intermediaries, this call for tenders is addressed to Aircraft manufacturers and their exclusive representatives.

Bidders wishing to participate in this Call for Tenders may submit a request to the address below to obtain the Tender Documents or mandate their exclusive representatives to act on their behalf for all procedures related to this Call for Tenders: dao.008.nav@tta.dz.

The submission process for this Call for Tenders will be carried out in a single step:

The deadline for the submission of technical and financial offers at the Secretariat of the Tender Opening Commission, located at the headquarters of TASSILI TRAVAIL AERIEN Spa, is set for Fabruary 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Any offer received after the deadline will be rejected.

The bid opening session, which will take place on the same day, Faburary 11, 2026, at 10:10 AM, will be public and open to bidders or their duly authorized representatives who wish to attend.

Bidders will remain bound by their offers for a period of one hundred and twenty
