FOR THE CONSTITUTION OF A SHORT-LIST FOR INTERNATIONAL SUPPLIERS FOR VARIOUS SUPPLIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FLEET OF THE COMPANY HYPROC SHIPPING COMPANY SPA

HYPROC Shipping Company, ZHUN USTO, BP 7200 Es-Seddikia 31025 -Oran- Algeria, launches an open international pre-qualification N° 10/HYPROC SC/MO/PROCUREMENT/2024 for the constitution of a short-list for international suppliers for various supplies for the benefit of the fleet of the company hyproc shipping company spa.

LOT N°02		Supply of paint products for the fairing and treatment of the deck and castle of vessels
LOT N°03		Supply of analysis and treatment chemicals products for vessels
LOT N°04		Fleet subscription service in charts, nautical publications and maritime regulatory and technical documentation
LOT N°05		Supply of spare parts for electric generators and main engines for propulsion of vessels
LOT N°06		Provision of work clothing to maritime workers and equipment to protect people
LOT N°07		Office supply, computer and printing tools
LOT N°08		Hotel supply and bedding
LOT N°09		Supply of kitchen utensils and household appliances
LOT N°10		General supply of equipment
LOT N°11		Supply of electrical and electronic spare parts
LOT N°12		Supply of steel cables and marine ropes
LOT N°13		Supply of sensitive equipment and spare parts for gas detection and detection systems
LOT N°14		Supply of pharmaceutical and medical products

Candidates can bid for one or more lots.

Candidates interested in this international call for prequalification can, as soon as it is published in Baosem, two national dailies and Hyproc’s SC website, obtain a copy of the prequalification specifications from the ’La Cellule Centrale des Marchés’’ (CCME) from HYPROC SHIPPING COMPANY at the address: ZHUN USTO - BP 7200 Es-Seddikia- Oran 31025 Algeria, against the payment of 50 Euros, free of any charges and letter of mandate.

Candidate’s application - Do Not Open

The deadline for submitting applications is fixed on 15/10/2024 at 10H00 AM (LT) and any offer received after the closing date and time will be rejected.

Candidate’s applications opening ceremony will be held on 16/10/2024 at 14H30 AM (LT).

Candidate’s applications reception dates will be considered according to the date of HYPROC's ''B.0.G” (Bureau d'Ordre General)" stamped date.

If the deadline for submission of applications or the day of the opening ceremony corresponds to an Algerian holiday, these dates will be postponed to the next working day.

Failure to submit “the declaration to subscribe “will lead to the systematic rejection of the application file.

At the end of the processing of the applications offers from the sites on the basis of the requirements of the specifications, the sites whose application offers are declared compliant will be included on the short list for a period of Five (05) years.
