ADDENDUM NOTICE NO. 1
NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDERS
NO. 24/S-Eng/2025
The Algerian Electricity and Gas Company - Electricity Production "SPE" hereby notifies the tenderers who have withdrawn the specifications and the tenderers interested in the National & International Open Invitation to Tenders No. 24/S-Eng/2025, regarding :
The design, engineering, and supply of eight (08) diesel generators and twenty (20) dual-fuel generator sets on movable skids with a unit power of (02) MW and their electromechanical equipment, spare parts, civil engineering work, assembly, transportation, insurance, training, testing, and commissioning. The following power plants are in operation, divided into three (03) batches:
Batch 1: Tinzaouatine 8 x 2 MW.
Batch 2: Bordj El Haouas 8 x 2 MW.
Batch 3: Debdeb 12 x 2 MW.
Published in BAOSEM No. 2383 of May 14th 2025, Addendum No. 01 is being implemented to make changes to the specifications, primarily the withdrawal of Batch No. 03 Debdeb (12 x 2 MW) from the Invitation to tenders;
The Object of this Invitation to tenders becomes:
design, engineering, and supply of eight (08) diesel generator sets and eight (08) dual-fuel generator sets on movable skids with a unit capacity of (02) MW and their electromechanical equipment, spare parts, civil engineering work, assembly, transportation, insurance, training, testing, and commissioning, for the following power plants, divided into two (02) batches:
Batch 1: Tinzaouatine 8 x 2 MW.
Batch 2: Bordj El Haouas 8 x 2 MW.
For this purpose, we are pleased to invite all candidates who have withdrawn the specifications to come to the headquarters of Société Algérienne de l’Électricité et du Gaz – Engineering « Sonelgaz – Engineering » sis à Lot n° 39 quartier des affaires, Bab-Ezzouar, Alger, Service juridique (3ème étage), to collect Addendum No. 1 to the specifications.
Technical and financial offers must be submitted by candidates or their duly authorized representatives by Wednesday, July 23rd, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (local time).
