Groupement TouatGaz, an association between Sonatrach and GDF Suez E&P Touat BV, with its head office at Industrial Zone No. 1 Oued Zine, P. O. Box 54/239 Commune of ADRAR, Wilaya of Adrar, Algeria (Fax : +213 [0]49 98 00 50), is launching a Call for Pre-Qualification Open to National & International Competition N° PH2-24-005 with a view to selective consultation for therealization of:

THE ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, CONSTRUCTION, COMMISSIONING AND START-UP (EPCCS) OF THE SLUG CATCHER PROJECT N° PH2-24-005

This Call for Prequalification File is only intended for consultants specializing in Studies and Engineering in the field of hydrocarbon installations, particularly those of production.

This Prequalification precedes a call for tenders procedure through selective consultation in which only candidates who have satisfied the prequalification criteria will be invited to participate.

This call aims, as a first step, to collect expressions of interest from companies specializing in the field, with a view to their pre-selection.

In the second stage, only pre-selected companies will be invited to participate in the selective consultation and to withdraw theTender File relating to the Project, with a view to preparing their technical and commercial offer.

Interested Candidates may withdraw directly or receive a complete set of Prequalification documents by sending a written request, accompanied by a copy of the trade register to the mail address indicated below :

The file will be sent by Mail for withdrawals made electronically to the address indicated above.

Candidates who have withdrawn or received the Pre-qualification file can obtain clarifications and/or additional information from the mail address indicated above

The deadline for submission of application files by Candidates is set at Twenty-One (21) Days from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM.

Any envelope received after this date will be rejected.

The deadline for receipt of CLARIFICATION BULLETINS is Five (05) calendar days before the deadline for submission.

The selected Candidates at the end of this Pre-qualification process will be included in a Short-List which will be published on BAOSEM.

Any company excluded from participation in SONATRACH contracting processes cannot apply for Pre-qualification during the entire period of its exclusion.
