EXECUTION OF FEED STUDIES FOR THE RELIABILITY IMPROVEMENT OF THE FLARE SYSTEM AT THE GP2Z COMPLEX

This pre-qualification precedes a Selective Tendering procedure, under which only candidates who meet the pre-qualification criteria will be invited to submit a bid in accordance with the Client’s applicable procurement process.

This call for expressions of interest aims to identify specialized companies in the field for the purpose of pre-selection.

Pre-qualification will be conducted in accordance with the procedures defined in the pre-qualification dossier and is open to all potentially qualified and eligible candidates.

The candidate selected following the Selective Tendering procedure will:

Conduct the required studies for the reliability improvement of the flare system.

Prepare the specifications for the execution of the EPC works for the reliability improvement of the HP and LP flare systems at the GP2Z Complex.

Provide a cost estimate with a ±10% accuracy for the reliability improvement of the flare systems at the GP2Z Complex.

Bidders wishing to obtain the Pre-Qualification Dossier electronically must submit a request accompanied by a copy of their Commercial Registration to the following address:

Application dossiers must be submitted in a sealed envelope and delivered directly to the address of the contracting entity indicated above.

Application dossiers must be prepared in three (03) copies, including one (01) original and two (02) copies in both paper and electronic formats, and submitted in a double-sealed envelope to the address indicated above, or deposited at the General Registry Office (Bureau d’Ordre Général – BOG) of the GP2Z Complex.

The outer sealed envelope must remain anonymous and bear only the following mention:

From the date of its publication in the Energy and Mines Sector Tender Bulletin (BAOSEM), the dossier may be obtained by any interested candidate, upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Algerian Dinars (5,000.00 DZD) for local bidders, and Thirty Euros (30 EUR) for foreign bidders.

Payment shall be made by bank transfer to the account of the CONTRACTING ENTITY GP2Z COMPLEX, No. 00200070700416043530, opened at Banque Extérieure d’Algérie, El Marsa 70 Agency – Arzew, located at 11 Rue Mohamed Fertas, Tourville – Arzew.

Proof of payment related to the withdrawal of the Pre-Qualification Dossier (bank advice/cash deposit slip) must be issued in the name of the bidder.

Bidders’ dossiers must be received no later than forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM, between 08:00 and 16:00 (Algerian time).

If the last day of the submission deadline falls on a public holiday, the deadline will be postponed to the next working day.

Any submission received after this date will be rejected.

The results of this pre-qualification process will be published in the BAOSEM.
