NOTICE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDERS

Level 2 Certification Service in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) according to ISO 9712

ENGTP, Arzew Welding and Expertise Center CSZ, is issuing a National and International Open Invitation to Tenders regarding :

 The provision of "Level 2 Certification Service in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) according to ISO 9712

Under this Invitation to Tenders Technical offers, without any price indication, and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained within a single envelope to the following address:

ENGTP, CENTRE DE SOUDURE ET D’EXPERTISE Arzew, BP 65 ZONE INDUSTRIELLE, Oran, Algeria, before the deadline of twenty-one (21) days as of the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM energy and mining sector tender bulletin, before 3:00 p.m., upon presentation of the following documents:

- Copy of the extract from the electronic trade register;

- Copy of the identity document of the person who collected the tender documents;

- A personal commitment on company letterhead to the person authorized to withdraw the offer, along with proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of:

Thirty Thousand Algerian Dinars (30,000.00 DA) by bank transfer to ENGTP/CSZ account No. 002 0007 0700416029271, Banque Extérieure d'Algérie BEA, Agence EL MARSA, ARZEW.

Or One Hundred Euros (100€) or One Hundred and Twelve USD (112 USD) for foreign tenderers by bank transfer to ENGTP account No. 001 00641 0310000031 74, Swift Code: BNALDZALXXX, Banque Nationale d'Algérie BNA, Agence 641 Rouïba, Rue HASSIBA BEN Bouali, Rouïba, ALG.

If this day falls on a public holiday or a statutory day of rest, the bid preparation period is extended until the next business day. The outer envelope must contain only the following information:

Technical offers must be accompanied by the required documents listed in sections (7.2 and 9.2) of the (Call for Proposals, Instructions to tenderers)

Note: The exchange rate is estimated based on the bank's exchange rate as of June 17^th, 2025.

In favor of the ENGTP, which validity period is equal to the validity period of the offers, i.e., One Hundred And Twenty Days (120 days).

tenderers will remain bound by their offers for a period of One Hundred And Twenty (120) Calendar Days as of the date of submission of offers.

The submission bail is an integral part of the technical offer.

The submission bail may be submitted to the offers opening committee by the tenderers or their authorized representative on the day the technical offers opening.

offers will be opened in the presence of the tenderers' representative(s) who so wish at the opening session, which will be held at the following address: ENGTP/CSZ, the day after the deadline for preparing and submitting offers.
