Sonatrach-Eni Grouping, made up of two companies Sonatrach and ENI Algeria BV production governed by decree 93-08 dated 25 April 1993, operator in 403, 403a, 403d, ROM-North blocks (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROMEST, REC fields), in 401a 402a blocks (ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB fields) and 405b (MLE,CAFC fields) and in SF-FINE fields and ZEA, OO-II and SF-II perimeters, issues a national and international restricted invitation to tender, regarding:

The service of: " BERKINE Sud - System Integrator ".

This notice concerns only companies specialized in the field and/or distributors authorized to market this type of products and/or services and having recognized references in the field.

The COMPANIES that are interested in this invitation to tender may withdraw the specifications at: Supplies and Contracts Department, Sonatrach-Eni Group at: Route Du CINA , Zone des Partenaires SONATRACH, 24 février, BP Nº 559, Hassi Messaoud, Wilaya de Ouargla Algérie, in return of presentation of a legalized copy of an extract of their registration in the Electronic Trade Register or send us the Trade Register as well as the company’s information by e-mail at the following addresses:

The tendering mode in a single stage applies to the present invitation to tender.

In this invitation to tender, the technical tenders, with no reference to the price, and the financial ones must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes, contained in the same external envelope.

The external envelope containing the two offers’ envelopes must be anonymous.

The closing date for the bid package withdrawal is 28 days at 18h00 local time Algeria GMT+1 after the publication date of this notice in the Baosem

The “closing date for the tender’s receipt” is 35 days at 18h00 local time Algeria GMT+1 as from the publication date of the present invitation to tender in the Baosem (the publication date in the Baosem is included).

Every tender received after the day of the closing date shall be considered null and void.

The tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of 180 days as of the closing date for the offers receipt.

All tender package preparation expenses and/or each additional document expenses which shall be possibly required within this framework by Sonatrach-Eni Group during the evaluation remain exclusively payable by the tenderer.

The tenders’ opening and evaluation shall be done by an internal contracts commission of Sonatrach- Eni Grouping, without the presence of the tenderers.

 Very Important:

This invitation to tender concerns ONLY the tenderers owning or responding to the following conditions:

- The tenderers must have a trade register bearing the activity code(s) corresponding to the subject of the invitation to tender and constituting their main activity.

- Having at least Five ''05'' years of specific experience in the field covered by this invitation to tender by presenting certificates of good execution for similar projects (minimum 01 certificate).

- Must not be on the blacklists of SONATRACH and/or ENI.
