The study, supply, installation and commissioning of the equipment necessary for start-up and recycling of start-up gas of the GL1K complex.

The Tender Documents can be withdrawn near the department making of the markets, GL1.K plant Z.I LP 72 Skikda 21000, counter payment of a nonrefundable amount of Five Thousand (5 000) Dinars for the national tenderers is against part of Fifty (50) Euros, for the tenderers foreign and on presentation of a copy of the register of trade and of a mandate for the person charged to withdraw the tender documents.

The payment will be carried out on the level by transfer with the bank account:

The mode of tender in two (02) stages applies to the present Invitation to tender.

With the title of the first stage of this invitation to tender, the technical offers without any indication of price must be deposited in folds, with the address GL1.K plant LP 72 – Skikda.

The technical offers are supplied with a bid bond of 7 355 000 Dinars Algerian (DA) for the Tenderers of Algerian right and of 44 270,89 Euros for the Tenderers of foreign right of which the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is to say A Hundred And Eighty (180) days supplied with an additional time 30 days calendar.

The folds with the title of the first stage will be open in the presence of or of the representative of the tenderers who wish it, to the meeting of opening which will take place with the address GL1.K plant LP 72-SKIKDA.

The deposit of the offers will be done at the latest four sixty (60) days as from the date of publication of this invitation to tender in the BAOSEM.

The submission of tenders will be not later than Sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this invitation to tender in the BAOSEM.

If the tender submission falls on a holiday or a weekend (Friday and Saturday); the deadline for submission of tenders shall be extended until the first working day following

The seal of the office of a general nature (BOG) of GL1K plant affixed on the fold, will be taken

The tenderers whose technical offers were declared in conformity will be invited to tender financial.

The folds will be open in the presence of or of the representatives of the tenderers who wish it with the meeting of opening which will take place with the address GL1K plant / Skikda on invitation of GL1.K plant.

The tenderers will remain committed by their offer for one duration of One Hundred and Eighty (180) calendar days starting from the handover date of the technical offers.
