National and international Invitation to Tender N° 01/SF/2024

SOFIPLAST EPE/SPA Société des Sacheries et Films Plastiques located in the industrial zone SETIF ALGERIE issues a national and international invitation to tender regarding:

the supply and installation of:

One (01) three-layer blow molding co-extrusion line

One (01) bag desoldering line.

One(01) two-sided 04-color flexographic printing line with embossing system and bellows (FFS).

the specifications may be withdrawn at the following address:

INDUSTRIELLE DE SETIF 19000 ALGERIE

or sent by email to tenderers who have expressed their wishes by request sent to our mailbox, against payment of a non-refundable amount of 15.000.00 DZD or 100.00€. Payment will be made by transfer to the BEA Agence 053 Sétif bank account: 00200053530536004822.

The one-stage submission method applies to this Invitation to Tender.

Concerning this invitation to tender, the technical offers, without any indication of price, and the financial ones must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope, to the address :

 SOFIPLAST EPE/SPA ZONE INDUSTRIELLE SETIF ALGERIA

no later than 10 days as of the first publication of this notice on BAOSEM before 3:30 p.m.

Offers are accompanied by a submission bail of:

-For Algerian tenderers :

1,000,000.00 DA.

--For Foreign tenderers:

8.000.00 €

whose validity period is equal to the offers' one, i.e. 90 days with an additional period of 30 calendar days.

The envelopes of the technical offer shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representative(s) of the who wish to attend the opening session which will take place at the address :

ZONE INDUSTRIELLE SETIF ALGERIE the day following the deadline for receipt of offers at 9:00 a.m.

 tenderers whose technical offers are deemed compliant, their financial offers will also be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the tenderers who would like to attend the opening session which will take place at the address: ZONE INDUSTRIELLE SETIF ALGERIE, the date and time will be mentioned on the invitation notice.

 tenderers will remain committed to their offer for a period of 90 calendar days as of the date of opening of the technical offer envelopes.
