1. Sonatrach Company, Liquefaction & Separation Activity, Division GNL/GPL, GL3Z PLANT BP 321- 31015 BETHIOUA, issues a National and International open:
SUPPLY OF A FORKLIFT WITH A CAPACITY OF 07 TONS
2. Deadline for withdrawal of the Tender Dossier:
In a period of 60 days utmost before 15h30, as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem, by every interested tenderer, in return of the presentation of the mandatary for the specifications’ withdrawal, concerning the mandated persons, a copy of the trade register as well as a payment voucher with a non-repayable amount of 5 000.00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers and 50 € for the foreign ones. The payment must be done by bank transfer to the Client’s account, nearby: the External Bank of Algeria (BEA) El Marsa- Arzew, account N°002 000700 702200178 62 (the payment voucher must carry the following mention: “Retrait Dossier d’Appel d’Offres N° 07/SH/LQS/GNL&GPL/GL3Z/APP/2025.

Companies must submit a request for access forty-eight (48) hours before the visit of their representative in charge of the collection, for the formalities of use of access at the level of the industrial zone.
3. The mode of submission in a single step applies to this invitation to tender.
4. The deadline of the offer’s preparation and the submission place:
In this invitation to tender, the technical offers, with no reference to the price, and the financial ones must be submitted simultaneously in two separate folds contained in the same fold, at the address mentioned above in a delay of Sixy ( 60 ) days as of the date of publication in BAOSEM of this notice.
If the submission deadline coincides a legal day off or the weekend, the deadline shall be extended to the following workday. Only the stamp of the General Order Bureau of GL3Z Complex makes faith.
The technical bids are accompanied by a bid guarantee of :
Two hundred and forty thousand Algerian dinars (240 000.00 DZD) for companies under Algerian law
One thousand six hundred euro ( 1 600.00 EURO ) for companies under foreign law.
whose period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the bids, either 180 days from the deadline for submission of bids, with an additional 30 calendar days.
The bid guarantee may be delivered by the tenderer or his duly mandated representative directly to the Opening Committee of technical offers (COP), on the day of the meeting and before the opening of the technical bids.
5-The envelopes containing the technical bids will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the bidders who wish to attend the opening session which will take place within eight (08) working days following the deadline for the submission of bids at the address mentioned above. An invitation will be sent to Bidders who have withdrawn the Tender Documents.
6-The envelopes containing the financial bids will be opened and examined in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend or their duly appointed representatives during the opening and examination session of the financial bids which will take place at the address mentioned above.
7. The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 180 days calender from the Deadline for submission of tenders .
8.The bank receipt must bear the following information: Withdrawal of Tender File N° 07/SH/LQS/GNL&GPL/GL3Z/APP/2025 and the name of the bidder.
