and or requested via e-mail: JUR_GL1Z.LQS@Sonatrach.dz, no later than Forty-Five (45) days from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM, by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand (5,000 DA) Algerian Dinars for companies under Algerian law and Fifty (50 USD) US Dollars for companies under foreign law.

The technical offers are accompanied by a bid guarantee of:

One Million five hundred thousand Algerian Dinars (1.500.000,00 DA) for national bidders.
