طبقا لأحكام المواد 27 و29 من الإجراء رقم n° 08-R1/2018 المؤرخة بتاريخ 09/07/2018 والخاص بتنظيم الصفقات داخل شركة هيبروك للنقل البحري، ش.ذ.أ، تعلن هذه الأخيرة الي جميع المتعهدين الذين شاركوا في المنــــــاقصـــــــــــة المذكورة أعلاه، أنه بعد تقييم للعروض المالية، الخاصة:

بإنجاز اعــــــــمال الصــــــــيانة التقنيــــــــة للسفينــــــــة روض العذراء.

 يجب تقديم الطعن في آجل أقصاه 5 أيام من تاريخ نشر هذا الإعلان في مجلة BAOSEM.

إذا تزامن اليوم الخامس (5) مع يوم عطلة أو يوم راحة قانونية، يمدد التاريخ المحدد لرفع الطعن إلى يوم العمل الموالي.

أية طعن يصل إلى الشركة خارج الأجل المذكور أعلاه لا يعتد به.

Conformément aux dispositions des articles 27 et 29 de la procédure de passation des marchés de HYPROC SC n° 08-R1/2018 du 09/07/2018, la société HYPROC SC informe l'ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres visé ci-dessus, portant la réalisation des travaux d’arrêt technique du navire LPG/C Rhourd El Adra.

Qu'à l'issue de l'évaluation des offres financières, le marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire :

Tout soumissionnaire contestant le résultat des travaux de la Commission d’Ouverture des Plis ‘’COP Marine’’, peut introduire un recours auprès de:

Le recours doit être formulé dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du marché dans le BAOSEM.

Si le cinquième (5^ème) jour coïncide avec un jour non ouvrable ou un jour de repos légal, la date limite de recours est prorogée étendue au jour ouvrable suivant.

Tout recours reçu en dehors de la période ci-dessus ne sera pas pris en considération.

If the fifth (05^th) day corresponds to a legal holiday, the deadline to establish an appeal will be extend to the next business day.

Any appeal received beyond the above period will not be take into consideration.
