La Société Nationale pour la Recherche, la Production, le Transport, la Transformation et la Commercialisation des hydrocarbures, dénommée SONATRACH SPA, Activité Exploration-Production, Division Production, Direction Régionale d’In-Amenas, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à la Consultation Réstreinte N°10/INFRA/INA/2023, ayant pour objet
Travaux d’entretien en Génie Civil des infrastructures de la Direction Régionale In Amenas
que le marché a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire le moins disant cité ci-après :
« EURL ECH SAHARA » pour un montant de Cent Soixante-Dix-Huit million Quatre Cent Vingt-Neuf Mille Dinars Algériens en Hors Taxes (178 429 000.00 DZD).
Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par SONATRACH - Division Production - Direction Régionale d’In-Amenas, peuvent introduire un recours dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis auprès de:
