الجمهورية الجزائرية الديمقراطية الشعبية الناحية العسكرية السادسة إعلان عن طلب عروض وطني مفتوح رقم: 90 / 2025 / 036
تعلن وزارة الدفاع الوطني عن طلب عروض وطني مفتوح، المتعلق بـ:
أشغال تنصيب الغرف الصحراوية + إنجاز الطرق والشبكات المختلفة، إنجاز مخبأ للعربات الثقيلة بما فيها دراسة مطابقة، إنجاز مخبأ للعربات الخفيفة بما فيها دراسة مطابقة، إنجاز مبنى مطبخ من الصلب مع مخبأ لغرفة التبريد بما فيها دراسة مطابقة، إنجاز مبنى مخبزة بما فيها دراسة مطابقة، إنجاز أربعة (04) مخابئ لأربعة (04) مولدات كهربائية، إنجاز مبنى مركز المراقبة بما فيها دراسة مطابقة + تزويد ووضع غرف مسبقة الصنع من الصلب على مستوى الوحدة "د" بإن غاسن/ الناحية العسكرية السادسة.
يمكن للمؤسسات المهتمة بالإعلان عن طلب عروض هذا التقدم إلى العنوان الآتي:
الناحية العسكرية السادسة المديرية الجهوية للمالية / مكتب إدارة دفاتر الشروط الكائن بتامنفست،
لسحب دفتر الشروط، مقابل دفع مبلغ عشرة آلاف (10.000,00) دينار جزائري، إلى الحساب رقم 4751110000 المفتوح لدى الخزينة الولائية بتأمنغست.
يتعين على الأشخاص المنتدبين لسحب دفتر الشروط أن يحملوا معهم الوثائق الآتية:
- نسخة من بطاقة الهوية سارية المفعول؛
- رسالة اعتماد، صادرة عن المترشح للتعهد؛
- نسخة من السجل التجاري الالكتروني للشركة (مطابق لموضوع دفتر الشروط)؛
- نسخة من شهادة التأهيل والتصنيف المهني سارية الصلاحية؛
- النسخة الأصلية من وصل دفع المبلغ المستحق المذكور أعلاه.
يتعين تقسيم العروض المتضمنة المستندات والوثائق المطلوبة في دفتر الشروط إلى ثلاثة (03) أقسام:
1-ملف الترشح متضمن الوثائق المطلوبة في دفتر الشروط؛
2-عرض تقني يتضمن الوثائق المطلوبة في دفتر الشروط؛
3-عرض مالي يتضمن الوثائق المطلوبة في دفتر الشروط.
يوضع ملف الترشح فى ظرف منفصل معقل عن تلك الخاصة بالعروض التقنية والمالية يحمل من الخارج عبارة:
"ملف ترشح-طلب عروض وطني مفتوح رقم ...- موضوع طلب العروض "
توضع العروض التقنية والمالية في ظرفين منفصلين، مغلفين و مقفلين و يبين في كل ظرف من الخارج، على التوالي البيانات الآتية: «عرض تقني - لا يفتح -طلب عروض وطني مفتوح رقم .. - موضوع طلب العروض" و"عرض مالي - لا يفتح- طلب عروض وطني مفتوح رقم ...- موضوع طلب العروض "
يتعين أن ترد الأظرف المتضمنة ملف الترشح والعروض التقنية والمالية فى ظرف مغلق إلى العنوان الآتى:
المديرية الجهوية للمالية لجنة استلام التعهدات وفتح أظرف الترشح صندوق بريد رقم 136تامنغست
ينبغي أن يكون الظرف الخارجي مغفل تماما لا يحمل إلا عبارة: "تعهد" لا يفتح إعلان عن طلب عروض وطني مفتوح رقم 036/2025/90
يتعين أن نرسل التعهدات أو أن تودع بالعنوان المذكور أعلاه في مهلة ثلاثون (30) يوما، ابتداء من تاريخ أول نشر لهذا الاعلان، قبل الساعة 09 س و 30 د.
تحدد تاريخ فتح أظرف الترشح في دعوة مسلمة رفقة دفتر الشروط.
يبقى المتعهدون ملزمين بعر وضهم مدة منة وعشرون (120) يوما من تاريخ إيداعها.
