AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE

Il est porté à la connaissance de l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à la Consultation Sélective après préqualification N°02/SH-EP-FOR-OPR/2025 ayant pour objet « Travaux de Cimentation et de Pompage en huit (08) lots », dont la Short-List des candidats préqualifiés a paru dans le BAOSEM N°2301 du 18/09/2024, que les contrats ont été attribués provisoirement comme suit :

Lot N°1: NPS Bahrain for Oil and Gas Wells Services W.L.L, pour un montant de 21 328 116,05 USD et 560 894 817,97 DA.

Lot N°2: Halliburton Energy Services, Inc., Algeria Division, pour un montant de 16 764 763,72 USD et 933 374 977,88 DA.

Lot N°3: OiLSERV Oilfield Services (BVI) Ltd, pour un montant de 16 777 498,14 USD et 497 310 366,53 DA.

Lot N°4: Compagnie d’Opérations Pétrolières Schlumberger, pour un montant de 14 181 055,69 USD et 533 036 461,10 DA.

Lot N°6: Great Wall Drilling Company, pour un montant de 6 906 398,83 USD et 294 501 005,36 DA.

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent cette attribution peuvent introduire un recours selon les conditions et modalités indiquées dans le Dossier de Consultation Sélective.

NOTICE  OF  PROVISIONAL  AWARD

This  Notice  of  Provisional  Award  is  hereby  brought  to  the  attention  of  all  bidders  who  participated  in  the  Selective  Tender  N°02/SH-EP-FOR-OPR/2025,  following  prequalification,  for  «  Cementing  and  Pumping  Services  in  eight  (08)  lots  »,  for  which  the  shortlist  of  prequalified  candidates  was  published  in  BAOSEM  N°2301  dated  18/09/2024,  that  the  contracts  have  been  provisionally  awarded  as  follows:

• Lot  N°1:  NPS  Bahrain  for  Oil  and  Gas  Wells  Services  W.L.L,  for  an  amount  of  21  328  116,05  USD  and  560  894  817,97  DA. 
• Lot  N°2:  Halliburton  Energy  Services,  Inc.,  Algeria  Division,  for  an  amount  of  16  764  763,72  USD  and  933  374  977,88  DA.
• Lot  N°3:  OiLSERV  Oilfield  Services  (BVI)  Ltd,  for  an  amount  of  16  777  498,14  USD  and  497  310  366,53  DA.
• Lot  N°4:  Compagnie  d’Opérations  Pétrolières  Schlumberger,  for  an  amount  of  14  181  055,69  USD  and  533  036  461,10  DA.

Any  bidder  wishing  to  challenge  this  provisional  award  may  submit  a  formal  appeal  in  accordance  with  the  procedures  and  conditions  set  forth  in  the  Selective  Tender  Document.
