أشغال الهندسة المدنية لتركيب المدة خط 220 ك.ف مع تمديد J.D.B 220 ك.ف على مستوى مولد 220/60 سمارة و/سطيف
أنه بعد فتح العروض علنيا، تم منح الصفقة مؤقتا للمترشح التالي:
