# الجمهورية الجزائرية الديمقراطية الشعبية وزارة الدفاع الوطني الناحية العسكرية الثالثة الشهيد بن بولعيد مصطفى إعلان عن طلب عروض وطنية مفتوحة رقم: 46/4/2025
تعلن وزارة الدفاع الوطني، عن طلب عرض وطني مفتوح من أجل: أشغال ترميم وإعادة الحالة للمباني والمخابئ الشطر
الثاني (المساكة، الكهرباء، الصرف الصحي، الأسقف المزيفة، الإنارة الخارجية والمحيطية) على مستوى تندوف.
يمكن للمؤسسات المهتمة بالإعلان عن طلب العروض هذا التقدم إلى العنوان الآتي:

مكتب إدارة دفاتر الشروط
الكائنة بـ: 06 أرض/ بشار
لسحب دفتر الشروط مقابل دفع مبلغ (5.000.00 دج)، في الحساب رقم: 475111 قيد مؤقت/728160 قيد نهائي، المفتوح
لدى الخزينة العمومية ببشار.
يتعين على الأشخاص المنتدبين لسحب دفتر الشروط أن يحملوا معهم الوثائق الآتية:
\- نسخة من بطاقة الهوية سارية المفعول؛
\- رسالة اعتماد، صادرة عن المتر شح للتعهد؛
\- نسخة من السجل التجاري للمؤسسة؛
\- نسخة من شهادة التصنيف والكفاءة المهنية.
\- النسخة الأصلية من وصل الدفع المبلغ المستحق المذكور أعلاه؟
يتعين تقسيم العروض المتضمنة المستندات والوثائق المطلوبة في دفتر الشروط إلى ثلاثة (03) أقسام:
\- ملف الترشح متضمن الوثائق المطلوبة في دفتر الشروط ؛
\- عرض تقني يتضمن الوثائق المطلوبة في دفتر الشروط ؛
\- عرض مالي يتضمن الوثائق المطلوبة في دفتر الشروط.
يوضع ملف الترشح في ظرف منفصل مغفل عن تلك الخاصة بالعروض التقنية والمالية ويحمل من الخارج عبارة :
"ملف الترشح - طلب عروض وطنية مفتوحة رقم: 46/7/2025- موضوع طلب العروض.
توضع العروض التقنية والمالية في ظرفين منفصلين، مغفلين و مققلين، ويبين في كل ظرف من الخارج، على التوالي البيانات
الأتية :
"عرض تقني - لا يفتح - طلب عروض وطنية مفتوحة رقم: 46/2/2025 - موضوع طلب العروض.
"عرض مالي - لا يفتح طلب عروض وطنية مفتوحة رقم: 46/7/2025 - موضوع طلب العروض.
يتعين أن ترد الأظرف المتضمنة ملف الترشح العروض التقنية والمالية في ظرف مغلق إلى العنوان الآتي :
المديرية الجهوية للمالية للناحية العسكرية الثالثة
اللجنة الجهوية لإستلام التعهدات وفتح أظرف الترشح
صندوق البريد رقم 8031 بشار
ينبغى أن يكون الظرف الخارجي مقفلا تماما لا يحمل إلا عبارة:
"تعهد" لا يفتح

يتعين أن ترسل التعهدات أو تودع بالعنوان المذكور أعلاه، قبل تاريخ: 2025/07/31 في الساعة: 09:30.
تحدد تواريخ فتح أظرف الترشح و العروض التقنية في الدعوة المسلمة رفقة دفتر الشروط .
يبقى المتعهدون ملزمون بعروضهم خلال مدة 120 يوما.
