طبقاً لإجراءات المواد رقم 40-65- 82973 من المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 247/15 المؤرخ في 2015/09/16 المتضمن تنظيم الصفقات العمومية وتفويضات
المرفق العام ، تعلن مديرية التجهيزات العمومية لولاية الجزائر أنه في إطار المناقصة الوطنية المفتوحة مع اشتراط قدرات دنيا رقم 2025/47 المتعلقة إنجاز أشغال
ثانوية صنف 300/1000 وجبة بديلة لثانوية البيروني ببلدية واد السمار المجزأة كمايلي:
• الحصة 02: جناح الإطعام نصف داخلي (300 وجبة).
• الحصة 03 : -الطرقات والشبكات المختلفة المحلات التقنية (خزان مائي+ التدفئة)، محول كهربائي جدار الإحاطة.
• الحصة 04: قاعة رياضة + قاعة العلاج.
• الحصة 05: جناح السكن الوظيفي.
وبعد تقييم العروض تم منح الصفقة مؤقتا للمؤسسات التالية:

يمكن للمتعهدين إيداع الطعون لدى اللجنة الولاية للصفقات العمومية لولاية الجزائر في مدة أقصاها 10 أيام من تاريخ صدور هذا الإعلان في النشرة
الرسمية للمتعامل العمومي أو بإحدى الصحف الوطنية. ويعتبر بعدها بمثابة دعوة للمقاولة المعنية للتقرب من المديرية لإمضاء الصفقة.
