 Paru sur BAOSEM N° 2385 du 20/05/2025 que le marché a été attribué lors de l’ouverture des offres commerciales à la société :

 Fournisseur retenu : GOES GmbH

Montant Contractuel : 2 824 636,36 Euro CFR port algérien de destination.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste cette attribution peut introduire un recours au plus tard dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du marché au BAOSEM auprès de la structure contractante domiciliée à la Direction Achats sise à la Zone industrielle d’Oued Smar El Harrach.
