NOTICE OF INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO PREQUALIFICATION

No. 01/2026/NAFTAL/B.COM/LP/PNM

The National Company For The Marketing And Distribution Of Oil Products NAFTAL Spa, with a capital of 160,000,000,000.00 DA, Tax Identification Number: 099916000969164, Marketing Department, Lubricants and Tyres Department, Route Des Dunes, BP 73 Chéraga, Algiers; is issuing an international invitation to pre-qualification regarding:

The creation of a shortlist of suppliers to be consulted and considered for competitive tendering in the context of tyre import contracts

Companies that are registered as tyre manufacturers are eligible to submit offers under this pre-qualification call.

Interested candidates may withdraw the pre-qualification documents from the following address:

Applications must be submitted to the Lubricants & Tyres Department secretariat, located in Chéraga, against a receipt (before 3:30 p.m.).

The deadline for submitting offers is Thirty (30) Working Days as of the date of publication of this notice in the Energy and Mines Sector Tender Bulletin (BAOSEM).
