Are admitted to participate, in this prequalification, the companies having the quality of refiner-shield or independent shield of lubricate oils and greases.

The offers’ submission deadline is fixed at 42 days at 16h00 as of the date of publication of this notice in the Bulletin of the Invitations to Tender of the Energy and Mines Sector (Baosem). If the last day coincides a non-workday of a day off, the day of the submission deadline shall be postponed to the following workday.
