NOTICE FOR NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PREQUALIFICATION

Updating the list of potential qualified candidates for 3D seismic data acquisition.

SONATRACH Jsc Exploration-Production Activity, Exploration Division, Avenue du 1er Novembre Building ‘’C’’, Block IAP, BP 68M, Boumerdès – 35000, issues a National and International Prequalification regarding :

Updating the list of potential qualified candidates for 3D seismic data acquisition.

Prequalified candidates registered in the list must update their prequalification files initially submitted, via an application file to be submitted under the conditions and forms set out in the prequalification file.

Interested candidates meeting the required conditions may obtain any useful information and examine the prequalification file from the Legal Department at the address indicated below:

The prequalification file can be withdrawn at the above address or requested via the e-mail address pudc.exp@Sonatrach.dz, no later than forty-five (45) calendar days as of the first publication of this notice in the (BAOSEM), by any interested candidate or his duly authorised representative, upon presentation of a copy of the electronic commerce register, a mandate and proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of :

For companies incorporated under Algerian law: Five Thousand Algerian Dinars (5,000.00 DA), to be paid by bank transfer to the SONATRACH EXR account, Agence Banque Extérieure d'Algérie (BEA de SH_HYDRA ALGER - ALGERIE, RIB: 00200005050326412653 or by cash payment to the Exploration Division Cashier.

For foreign companies: Fifty (50) US Dollars, to be paid by bank transfer to SONATRACH EXR, Agence Banque Extérieure d'Algérie (BEA de SH_HYDRA ALGER - ALGERIE, RIB: 00200005050326412653, IBAN: 00200005050326412653, SWIFT CODE BEXADZAL005.

Transfers made by Swift must be confirmed by the External Bank of Algeria.

Payment documents relating to the withdrawal of the pre-qualification file (Bank Notes/Cash Transfer Slips) must be drawn up on the name of the candidate.

Interested Candidates in the pre-qualification must submit their application files in sealed envelopes and sent by post or handed over by porter to the following address:

The outer envelope must be anonymous and bear only the following information :

« Avis D’Appel a Préqualification Internationale n°01/E-P/EXR/2025,

Mise à jour de la liste de candidats potentiels et qualifiés pour l’acquisition de données sismiques 3D.

 « A NE PAS OUVRIR »

Application files must be received by SONATRACH/Exploration Division at the address specified above and in a period of (45) calendar days utmost as of the first publication of this notice in the (BAOSEM).

If the last day for submitting application files coincides with a public holiday or a legal day of rest, the above-mentioned deadline is extended until the following business day.

Application files received after the deadline will be considered null and void, the stamp of the Exploration Division registry office affixed to the file being proof.

Application files are opened and evaluated in the absence of candidates.
