Upgrade of DCS Symphony Harmony system of the Central M’sila III for the generators 215 MW type: V94.3A(4) of M’sila Unit.

Against the presentation of payment voucher by bank transfer for a sum of 4000DZD into account n° 001 00901 0300 300 132/60 open at National Bank of Algeria (BNA) located at: Cité administrative M’SILA

Tenderers must hand over a technical tender and a financial one, separately, accompanied by the regulatory documents listed in the specifications.

The technical and financial tenders, drawn up separately, must be submitted immediately under double envelope put into on sealed envelope, in the address mentioned above on March, 09^th 2022 at 10h00, the deadline for the offers’ submission.

The offers’ opening session shall be public and take place on the same day at 10h30.

Each of the external envelopes of the technical and financial tenders must be anonymous, with no headline or logo, for each batch, and must carry only the following mentions:

All tenders must be accompanied, during the tenders handing over or no later than the closing date for the tenders’ submission, with tender bond made out, in the name of La Société Algérienne de Production de l’Electricité, for an amount of:
