The National Company of Drilling ‘E.NA.FOR/JSC’, contracting Structure: Directorate of Procurement and Inventory Management issues a national and international open invitation to tender in one step regarding:

Acquisition of 

The tenderers who are interested in the present notice, except those who are in the blacklist, may withdraw the tender package at:

upon transfer voucher for a sum of 4500 DZD concerning Algerian tenderers and 80USD (or equivalent in currency) concerning the foreign ones, into account ENAFOR N° 002 000 3535 047 61 088 Clé 13, open at External Bank of Algeria (BEA), Agency of Hassi Messaoud (Ouargla).

N.B: The purchase price of the tender file is non-refundable under any circumstances.

The tenders making up the offer, accompanied by the original submission bail, must be handed over at the above address, in double sealed envelope with the following marks on the outer envelope:

The specifications’ withdrawal deadline is fixed in 30 days following the publication of this notice in the Baosem, and the technical and financial offers’ submission deadline is fixed in 45 days following its publication date in the BAOSEM, at 16h00 time limit as of the last workday.

Every offer received after the submission deadline shall be considered null and void.
