NOTICE OF CALL FOR NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PREQUALIFICATION OF WELLHEAD AND X-MASS TREE ASSEMBLY SUPPLIERS N°: SH-EP-PROD-APT/12/2025/T

SONATRACH / Exploration - Production Activity / Production Division/ Procurement and Transport Direction issues a national and international call for prequalification of suppliers of:

 Wellhead and X-Mass Tree Assembly

for oil, gas and water wells from all SONATRACH operations, development and exploration perimeters.

This notice of call is open to manufacturers of Wellhead and X-Mass Tree Assembly

Prequalification will be done according to the terms defined in the prequalification file.

Interested candidates can directly withdraw or receive a complete set of prequalification file after sending a written application to the below address provided, they present a legal document attesting their activity under this prequalification:

The pre-qualification file will be delivered in soft copy or sent by e-mail to the address communicated by the candidate.

Candidates who withdrawn or received the prequalification file may obtain additional information from:

The application file shall be submitted within sixty (60) calendar days from the publication of the hereby notice (the publication date included) in the bulletin of companies and services belonging to energy and mining area (BAOSEM) (on paper version).

The seal of receipt of the general office of SONATRACH SPA- Exploration - Production Activity – Division Production shall prevail.

Any application file received after 3:00 pm local time (GMT+1) of the deadline of submission of bids will be considered null and void.

In case the closing date falls on a public holiday and / or a legal holiday, the folds can be deposited the next business day.

The applications must be submitted in an external sealed anonymous cover without letterhead or stamp, at the following address, with this mention clearly marked:

NOTA :

The candidates on the blacklist of the energy and mining sector companies cannot withdraw these prequalification tender documents.

Any request for clarification must be written and addressed no later than ten (10) calendar days before the deadline for submitting application.
