The Sonatrach Company, Activity Liquefaction & Separation, DIVISION GNL/GPGL3Z PLANT BP 321- 31200 BETHIOUA, issues a National and International Invitation to Tender for:

 WORK TO RELOAD PERLITE AT THE INTER-WALL OF THE FOUR BINS  71-MF01/02 AND  72-MF01/02 OF GL3Z PLANT

Deadline for withdrawal of the Tender Dossier:

The supply type tender Documents can be withdrawn to the following address: " Sonatrach/ Downstream Activity, GL3Z PLANT located in the industrial area of ARZEW " At the latest  (30) days before 4 PM  from the publication of this notice on BAOSEM by any interested candidate, against surrender of attorney withdrawing Tender Dossier for persons authorized, a copy of the trade register and a payment  justification of a nonrefundable amount of 5000 Algerian dinars for the Algerian company and 50 Euros for foreign companies, account SONATRACH GL3Z PLANT No. 002 00070 0702200178 62 Agency BEA EL MARSA ARZEW.

The mode of tender in a stage applies to the present Invitation to tender.

Deadline for preparation of tenders and place of submission of tenders:

The technical offers, without any indication of price and the financial offers must be sent simultaneously in two separate folds’ contents in the same fold, to the aforementioned address within a period of 30 days which follows the closing date of the withdrawal before 4 p.m.

The technical offers are supplied with a guarantee of offer of 1.450.000,00 Algerian Dinars for the local tenderers and 9 750,00 EURO for the foreign tenderers

the financial guarantee in Algerian Dinars and in currency Euros for the foreign tenderers of which the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is to say A Hundred and Eighty (180) days as from the date of opening of the offers, accompanied with an additional time of (30) days calendar.

The tender guarantee may be submitted by the candidates concerned on the day on which the technical offers are opened

Bids containing technical bids will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the bidders who wish to attend the opening session which will take place at the date, time and address mentioned in the invitation that will be sent to the bidders withdrew the tender file.

Bids containing the financial offers will be opened and examined in the presence of bidders wishing to attend or their duly designated representatives at the opening and examination of the financial tenders meeting which will take place on the date, at the time and at the address mentioned in the invitation that will be sent only to bidders whose technical bids reported conform to the requirements of the tendering Board folder.

The tenderers will remain committed by their offer for One Hundred Eighty (180) days duration calendar starting from the date of opening of the technical offers.
