Groupement TouatGaz, a Joint Venture between SONATRACH and E&E ALGERIA Touat BV, whose registered office is located at: Groupement TouatGaz Zone Industrielle N° 1 OUED ZINE ADRAR (Algeria), is launching a National and International open tender for:

XEROX PRINTERS FOR THE FINAL BDV AND OTHER NEEDS FOR GROUPEMENT TOUAT GAZ

TouatGaz is a joint venture between the companies SONATRACH and E&E Algeria Touat BV Touat BV responsible for the development and exploitation of nine gas fields in southern Algeria.

VERY IMPORTANT: This call for tenders is addressed exclusively to specialized companies, having recognized references and whose trade register activity code is compatible with the object of the tender and prove that they are officially authorized Representatives/resellers for the following brands: DELL – HP – LENEOVO – ASUS.

In the case of two or more companies having the same owner/director or shares or interests in common (including but not limited to: associations, groupings, partnerships, shareholdings, subcontracting, etc.), only one bid is acceptable.

If several of these companies bid separately, all their bids will be rejected.

Tenderers interested in this invitation to tender may obtain the tender documents from the Purchasing and Contracts Department, Groupement TouatGaz, Zone Industrielle N° 1 Oued Zine ADRAR (Algeria) against presentation of the Trade Register and the company's contact details, by e-mail to the following addres: Appro-Contr.purchaser3@TOUATGAZ.COM

The deadline for receipt of tenders at the headquarters of the TouatGaz Group in Oued Zine, Adrar, or at World Trade Center Algiers, Sis au 05, Rue des Pins – Code postal 16016, Hydra, is set at fifteen (15) days at 16:00 local time, from the date of publication of this invitation to tender in the BAOSEM, the day of publication being excluded in calculating the deadline for receipt of tenders.

The deadline for the receipt of the Clarifications, as well as the requests for the withdrawal of the Tender Documents is Five (05) calendar days before the closing date.

Any tender received after the deadline will not be accepted.

Tenderers will remain bound by their tenders for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

All costs related to the preparation of the tender file and/or the costs of any additional documents that may be requested in this context by the TouatGaz Group shall be borne exclusively by the tenderer.

The contractual language is French.
