L?ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l?appel d?offres national & international ouvert n°012/DVL/DAP/2017( lot n°02), portant sur l?acquisition de matériels roulant, répartis en deux (02) lots, lot n°02 : Dix-huit (18) camions à Bennes 6x4, paru dans le BAOSEM n°1372 du 09/04/2017, qu?il a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire «FORD OTOSAN AS» pour un montant de «1 561 464.00 Euros» soit Un Millions Cinq Cent Soixante Et Un Mille Quatre Cent Soixante-Quatre Euros CFR Port de Mostaganem.

Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.
Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l?ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l?avis de publication.

Batch n° 02: 18 dump trucks 6x4
Published in the Baosem n° 1372 of April, 9th 2017, that this latter has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer:

FORD OTOSAN AS

For an amount of 1.561.464.00? (One million, five hundred sixty-one thousand, four hundred and sixty-four Euros), CFR Mostaganem Port.

Criteria of choice: the lower bidding financial tenders among the technically accepted ones.

All the tenderers questioning this choice may introduce recourse nearby ENAC, in a delay of 5 workdays, as from the date of publication of this notice.
