Que le lot n°02« acquisition de deux (02) semi-Remorques cocotte à ciment de 26-30 m3 » A été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « SARL REMORQUES LOUAULT » pour un montant de : Cent Cinquante Mille Huit Cent Quatre Vingt Dix Neuf Euros et Soixante Centimes CFR Port de Mostaganem, soit en chiffre
150 899,60 €.
Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.
