L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national & international ouvert en deux étapes n°033/DVLP/DAPS/2025, paru dans le BAOSEM n° 2389 du 01/06/2025, portant sur Acquisition des systèmes télécom, SCADA, LDS et système photovoltaïque destinés au projet réhabilitation de l’oléoduc Bejaia 1 (ROB1 24") SP1 Bis Djamaa-SP3 Msila.

a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « GROUPEMENT CMC BLUESTAR » pour un montant de Trois millions huit cent quarante-sept mille huit cent quarante et un dollars Américains et vingt centimes CFR PORT DE BEJAIA pour la fourniture et Net transférable pour la prestation, Soit en chiffre : 3 847 841,20 USD/CFR PORT DE BEJAIA pour la fourniture et Net transférable pour la prestation.

Montant BRUT IBS Inclus :

Trois millions neuf cent mille Dollars américains soit en chiffre 3 900 000,00 USD.

Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

Published in BAOSEM No. 2389 of June 01^st, 2025, regarding:

Acquisition of telecom, SCADA, LDS, and photovoltaic systems for the Bejaia 1 oil pipeline rehabilitation project (ROB1 24") SP1 Bis Djamaa-SP3 Msila

The contract has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer "CMC BLUESTAR GROUP" for an amount of Three Million Eight Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-One US Dollars And Twenty Cents CFR PORT OF BEJAIA for the supply and net transferable amount for the service,

i.e.: USD 3 847 841.20/CFR PORT OF BEJAIA for the supply and net transferable amount for the service.

Gross Amount Including IBS:

Three Million Nine Hundred Thousand US Dollars, i.e. USD 3 900 000.00.

Selection criterion: lowest financial offer among the technically selected offers.

Any tenderer contesting this choice may introduce a recourse with ENAC within a period of Five (05) working days as of the date of publication of the notice.

The recourse may only relate to decisions taken in the processing of his offer.
