التأهيل المسبق رقم 01 /HYPROC.S.C //PMD 2023

تعلن شركة هيبروك للنقل البحري الكائن مقرها بالصدٌيقية وهران ص ب 7200 31025 الجزائر لجميع المتعهدين المشاركين في استدعاء للتأهيل المسبق رقم 01 /HYPROC.S.C //PMD 2023:

لأحواض بناء السفن المؤهلة للتصميم والبناء والتكليف والتسليم، جاهزة للتشغيل، تجاري، بناء على طلب شركة وفي ثلاث قطع منفصلة:

(Batch N°01) - سفينة ناقلة المنتجات البترولية المكررة من38.000 إلى 40.000 وزن تقيل بأمر ثابت + 01 سفينة (السفينة الشقيقة) خياري

(Batch N°02) - سفينة واحدة (01) ناقلة للغاز البترول المميع بحجم 14000 م3 إلى 16000 م3بأمر ثابت + 01 سفينة (السفينة الشقيقة) خياري

(Batch N°03) - سفينة ناقلة الزفت تتراوح قدرة حمولتها من 6000 إلى 7000 طن متري (باستثناء الخزانات المنحدرة) بأمر ثابت + 01 سفينة (السفينة الشقيقة) خياري

أن هذا التأهيل المسبق الصادر في BAOSEM تحت الرَّقْم 2148 بتاريخ 26/62023/0 غير مجدية من قبل لجنة تقييم العروض.

وهذا طبقا لأحكام المادة 19.1 من الإجراء رَقْم 08-R1 المؤرخ بتاريخ 2018/07/09 والخاص بتنظيم الصفقات داخل الشركة وذلك بسبب أن عدد العروض الملائمة اقل من (ثلاثة) في كل الحصص.

DE L’APPEL À LA PRÉSÉLECTION 

N° 01 /HYPROC S.C/PMD/2023

HYPROC Shipping Company, ZHUN USTO, BP 7200 Es-Seddikia 31025 -Oran-Algérie informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires, ayant participé à l’appel à présélection N° 01 /HYPROC S.C/PMD/2023, pour des chantiers de construction navale qualifiés pour la conception, construction, mise en service et livraison, prêts pour les opérations, commerciales, en commande ferme et en trois lots distincts, de :

Lot N° 01 : Un (01) navire de transport de produits pétroliers raffinés d’un Port en Lourd compris entre 38000 & 40000 en commande ferme + 01 sitser ship en option.

Lot N° 02 : Un (01) navire transporteur de GPL d’une capacité de chargement de cargaison comprise entre 14000 m³ & 16 000 m³ en commande ferme + 01 sitser ship en option.

Lot N° 03 : Un navire transporteur de Bitume ayant une capacité de chargement de cargaison comprise entre 6000 MT & 7 000 MT (slop tanks exclus) en commande ferme + 01 sitser ship en option,

Paru sur le BAOSEM N° 2148 en date du 26/06/2023, que cet appel à la présélection est déclaré Infructueux par le Comité d’Évaluation des Offres, et ce, conformément aux dispositions de l’article 19.1 de la Procédure de Passation des Marchés de HYPROC S.C. N° 08-R1 datée du 09/07/2018, pour le motif : moins de trois (03) offres sont éligibles pour chaque lot.

HYPROC Shipping Company, ZHUN USTO, BP 7200 Es-Seddikia 31025 – Oran – Algeria informs all the bidders whom participate in call of preselection N° 01/HYPROC S.C/PMD/2023 for:

Qualified shipyards interested in the design, the procurement, the construction, the commissioning and the delivery ready for service, on a firm basis and in three separate batches, of:

Batch N° 01: One (01) Oil Product tanker or Oil product tanker/Chemical tanker IMO III, having a deadweight ranging from 38 000 to 40 000 on firm order + One sister ship in option;

Batch N° 02: One (01) LPG carrier having cargo loading capacity ranging from 14000 CBM to 16000 CBM on firm order + One sister ship in option; and

Batch N° 03: One (01) Bitumen tanker having cargo loading capacity, excluding slop tanks, ranging from 6000 MT to 7000 MT (slop tanks excluded) on firm order + One sister ship in option.

Published on BAOSEM N° 2148 the 26/06/2023, that this call for tender is said Unsuccessful by the bid’s evaluation committee, in accordance with Article 19.1 of HYPROC S. C. procedure N°08-R1 dated on 09/07/2018 for the reason: less than three (03) offers conformed for the three batchs.
