HYPROC Shipping Company, ZHUN USTO, BP 7200 Es-Seddikia 31025 -Oran- Algeria, is seeking for qualified shipyards interested in:

Design, the procurement, the construction, the commissioning and the delivery ready for service, on a firm basis and in three separate batches, of:

BATCH N°.01: ONE (01) OIL PRODUCT TANKER OR OIL PRODUCT TANKER/CHEMICAL TANKER IMO III, HAVING A DEADWEIGHT RANGING FROM 38000 TO 40000 ON FIRM ORDER + ONE SISTER SHIP IN OPTION;

BATCH N°.02: ONE (01) LPG CARRIER HAVING CARGO LOADING CAPACITY RANGING FROM 13000 CBM TO 15000 CBM ON FIRM ORDER + ONE SISTER SHIP IN OPTION; AND

BATCH N°.03: ONE (01) BITUMEN TANKER HAVING CARGO LOADING CAPACITY, EXCLUDING SLOP TANKS, RANGING FROM 6000 MT TO 7000 MT (SLOP TANKS EXCLUDED) ON FIRM ORDER + ONE SISTER SHIP IN OPTION.

Interested Candidates in this pre-selection call notice may, as soon as it is published on Baosem and two national daily newspapers, obtain a copy of the pre-selection specifications from the :

Cellule Centrale des Marchés de l’Entreprise (CCME)" of HYPROC SC at the address: Zhun USTO, BP 7200 Es-Seddikia –Oran-Algeria, against the payment of 200 USD, free of any charges.

The delivery of the specifications will be made on presentation of a letter of mandate and after delivery of the proof of transfer of the sum of 200 USD, free of any charges.

The payment and/or the transfer must be made to the bank account of HYPROC SHIPPING COMPANY domiciled with:

The closing date for the submission of the applications is August 1^st, 2023 at 09h30 am.

Received folds will be opened in a public session, on the same date above at 10:00 am. The candidates or their duly empowered representatives are invited.

If the deadline for submission of applications corresponds to an Algerian legal holiday, this date is extended to the next business day.

Tenders reception dates will be considered according to the date of HYPROC's ''B.0.G (Bureau d'Ordre Général)" stamped date.

Any offer received after the closing date will be rejected.
