N° 01/SOMIPHOS/CMDO/IPA/2025

The phosphate mining company "EPE.SOMIPHOS spa" is issuing a national and international open call for tenders for:

 Supply and commissioning of handling and lifting equipment:

 Lot N° 1: Forklifts:

One (01) 7-ton forklift for the Djebel-Onk Mining Complex (CMDO);

One (01) 10-ton forklift for the Djebel-Onk Mining Complex (CMDO);

One (01) 10-ton forklift with a pneumatic repair clamp for the Djebel-Onk Mining Complex (CMDO);

One (01) 15-ton forklift for the Annaba Port Facilities (IPA).

Lot N° 2: One (01) 25-meter telescopic forklift for the Djebel-Onk Mining Complex (CMDO);

Lot N° 3: Two (02) mini-loaders for the Djebel-Onk Mining Complex (CMDO);

Lot N° 4: One (01) backhoe loader for the Annaba Port Facilities (IPA).

This national and international call for tenders consists of four lots; bidders may submit bids for one or more lots.

Candidates interested in this Call for Tenders may obtain the specifications in two ways:

1) From the SOMIPHOS, Spa accounting department: at the:

General Management, EPE.SOMIPHOS spa, located in El Djorf

BP 122, ZHUN 2, Tébessa – 12000 Algeria

The specifications may be obtained in two ways:

1) From the SOMIPHOS, Spa accounting department: General Management Headquarters located in El Djorf, Tébessa; Algeria, upon payment of a non-refundable sum of twenty Algerian Dinars (20,000 DA), representing documentation and reprography costs. The candidate must provide a copy of the legal status, the trade register, and the stamp;

To obtain the specifications online, a bank transfer is mandatory; of twenty Algerian dinars (20,000 DA) into the account indicated below (as applicable):

 Candidates must submit the application, technical offer, financial offer, and bid bond.

The application, technical offer, financial offer, and bid bond are enclosed in separate, sealed envelopes, indicating the company name, address, reference, and purpose of the call for tenders, as well as the words "application," "technical offer," or "financial offer," and "bid bond," as applicable.

 Each file in the tender (application file; technical offer, financial offer, bid bond) must be submitted in a single original copy, marked "original" and two (02) copies signed in the same manner as the original and marked "copy".

These envelopes are placed in another sealed and anonymous envelope, marked:

"To be opened only by the tender opening committee"

Tenders must be sent by registered mail or submitted directly to the General Management of:

Located in El Djorf- Tébessa

The deadline for submitting tenders is forty (40) calendar days from the first publication of the call for tenders notice in the national daily newspapers or BAOSEM.

No bids will be accepted after the date and time indicated above.

Tenderers will remain bound by their bids for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from the bid submission deadline.

Any bid that does not comply with the above-mentioned guidelines and all requirements relating to the specifications will not be considered and will be rejected.
