Phosphate mining company SOMIPHOS spa, informs the candidates who have withdrawn the specifications or the candidates who wish to withdraw the specifications relating to National and International Open Call for Tenders AONN Nº01/SOMIPHOS/CMDO/IPA/2025 for:
« Supply and commissioning of handling and lifting equipment: - Lot Nº 1: Forklifts:
- One (01) 7-ton forklift for the Djebel-Onk Mining Complex (CMDO);
- One (01) 10-ton forklift for the Djebel-Onk Mining Complex (CMDO);
· One (01) 10-ton forklift with a pneumatic repair clamp for the Djebel-Onk Mining Complex (CMDO);
· One (01) 15-ton forklift for the Annaba Port Facilities (IPA).
- Lot Nº 2: One (01) 25-meter telescopic forklift for the Djebel-Onk Mining Complex (CMDO);
- Lot Nº 3: Two (02) mini-loaders for the Djebel-Onk Mining Complex (CMDO);
-Lot Nº 4: One (01) backhoe loader for the Annaba Port Facilities (IPA).

Published in the national dailies: E-Chourouk, Le Soir d'Algérie, and L'Horizon on March 18, 2025; as well as in the BAOSEM on March 25, 2025, the deadline for submitting bids, initially scheduled for April 27, 2025, has been extended to Monday, May 12, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
The bid opening will take place on the same day: Monday, May 12, 2025, at 11:05 a.m.
Candidates interested in this Call for Tenders may obtain the specifications in two ways:
1) From the SOMIPHOS, Spa accounting department: at the: General Management, EPE.SOMIPHOS spa, located in El Djorf BP 122, ZHUN 2, Tebessa - 12000 Algeria
The specifications may be obtained in two ways:
1) From the SOMIPHOS, Spa accounting department: General Management Headquarters located in El Djorf, Tebessa; Algeria, upon payment of a non-refundable sum of twenty Algerian Dinars (20,000 DA), representing documentation and reprography costs. The candidate must provide a copy of the legal status, the trade register, and the stamp;
2) To obtain the specifications online, a bank transfer is mandatory; of twenty Algerian dinars (20,000 DA) into the account indicated below (as applicable):
