La Société SONATRACH, Activité Transport Par Canalisation, Direction Télécommunications sise à la Zone Industrielle d’Arzew-Wilaya d’Oran, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres N°02/TRC/TLC/TEC/ETT/25/NIN/INV, publié sur le BAOSEM N°2383 du 14/05/2025, portant sur :

EPC Mise à niveau des systèmes de transmission, SCADA NK1

que le contrat a été attribué provisoirement au consortium SUPCON TECHNOLOGY CO LTD ET CHINA NATIONAL AERO-TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL ENGINEERING CORPORATION (CAIEC), pour un montant total de Quatre Cent Vingt Millions Quatre Cent Vingt et Un Mille Deux Cent Quatre-Vingt-Huit Dinars Algériens et Trois Centimes en Hors Taxes (420 421 288,03 DZD en HT).

Critère de choix : le moins disant.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de la Direction Télécommunications dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis dans le BAOSEM, en comportant les informations suivantes :

-Les noms (prénoms), qualité, fonction, raison sociale et adresse du siège social du Soumissionnaire ;

-La référence et l'objet de l'appel d’offres ;

-un exposé des motifs du recours, daté et signé, accompagné de toutes pièces justificatives.

The contract has been provisionally awarded to SUPCON TECHNOLOGY CO LTD & CHINA NATIONAL AERO-TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL ENGINEERING CORPORATION (CAIEC) for a total amount Four Hundred Twenty Million Four Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-Eight Algerian Dinars and Three Centimes Excluding Taxes (420 421 288,03 DZD without taxes).

Criterion of choice: the lowest bidder.

Any tenderer contesting this choice may lodge an appeal with the Telecommunications Division within five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM and containing the following information:

-The surnames (first names), quality, function, company name and address of the Bidder's registered office;

-The reference and the subject of the invitation for tenders;

-A statement of the grounds for the appeal, dated and signed, accompanied by all supporting documents
