NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL AWARD OF CONTRACT

It is brought to the attention of all the bidders who took part in the National and International Open call for Tenders N ° SH/EP/DP/HBK/APT/04/2023, having for object:

Supply of stainless-steel demisters for three-phase separator

Published in BAOSEM N ° 2106 of 07/02/2023, that at the end of the public opening of the financial offers, the contract was provisionally awarded, to:

PETROGAZ EQUIPENETS

For an amount of:

201 500,00 Euros, in excluding taxes delivered CFR Mostaganem port - Algeria (CCI V 2020).

The duration of the contract is Twenty-Four (24) months, from the date of its entry into force.

Bidders, who contest the choice made by SONATRACH Regional Direction Haoud Berkaoui,may lodge an appeal within Five (05) working days, from the date of publication of this notice, to:

AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DE CONTRAT

Il est porté à la connaissance de l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N° SH/EP/DP/HBK/APT/04/2023, ayant pour objet :

Fourniture de Dévésiculeurs en inox pour séparateur triphasique

Publié au BAOSEM N° 2106 du 27/02/2023, qu'à l'issue de l'ouverture publique des offres financières, le contrat a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire PETROGAZ EQUIPENETS, pour un montant de :

201 500,00 Euros, en HT CFR port de Mostaganem, Algérie (CCI V 2020).

La durée du contrat est de :

Vingt-Quatre (24) mois, à compter de la date de son entrée en vigueur.

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par SONATRACH Direction Régionale Haoud Berkaoui, peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution du présent avis, auprès de :
