The National Company for Research, Production, Transportation, Processing and Marketing Of Hydrocarbon, SONATRACH, EXPLORATION & PRODUCTION, DIVISION Production, Division and Regional Directorate Haoud Berkaoui, issues a National and International Open Invitation to Tender regarding :

Supply of stainless steel demisters for three-phase separator

Against the presentation of justification of payment of non–repayable amount by bank transfer of Three Thousand Algerian Dinars (3 000.00DA) concerning national bidders or Thirty (30) Euros concerning foreign bidders into account RIB N°: 002 00005 0503264 125 56, open at External Bank of Algeria (BEA), Agency of Djenane El Malik, Hydra Algiers; or into account RIB N°: 002.00032.3203961161.20, open At External Bank of Algeria (BEA), Agency of OUARGLA.

The proof of payment relating to the withdrawal of the DAO (Bank Notice) must be established in the name of the Tenderer

The method of one stage submission applies to this Tender.

Under this Tender, the technical bids, without any price indication, and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in one anonymous envelope, without heading or acronym and must bear the following mark only :

The deadline for withdrawing the invitation to tender file (DAO) is Thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice of this Invitation to Tender at BAOSEM until the closing date at Six p.m. (6:00 p.m.).

 The deadline for preparation and submission of tenders is Sixty (60) days, from the date of publication of the notice of this Call for Tenders at BAOSEM until the closing date at 6:00 p.m. 00 mins).

In case, the deadline is a holiday, then the deadline shall be the 1^st next working day.

Each tender received after this deadline is considered null and void.

The receipt date shall be considered according to the date of Secretariat of the Regional Directorate Haoud Berkaoui (HBK) stamped date if sent by post or by hand delivery.

The Technical bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of Five Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (500.000.00 DZD) concerning National Tenders, Three Thousand Four Hundred Euros (3400,00 €) or equivalent in US Dollars or Stirling Pound concerning foreign Tenders, which is valid for One Hundred and Eighty (180) days, with an additional period of Thirty (30) calendar days as from the deadline for submission of tenders.

The technical bids without any price indication shall be opened and analysed in the presence of prospective bidders or their representatives at the opening session which shall take place at the date, time and address mentioned in the invitation to submit technical offers.

The bidder’s technical submitted are invited to the public bid’s Commercial opening session at the same address. The bidders are free or not to attend the session.

Tenders shall remain bound to their offers for a period of One Hundred Eighty (180) days from the deadline for submission of tenders.
