Sonatrach, Activité RPC, Division Exploitation Raffinage, Raffinerie d’Adrar, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’Offres National & International Ouvert N° APR/003/2023-Exp/RA1D, paru sur le BAOSEM N° 2161 du 07/08/2023, relatif à là :

Fourniture de Matériel électrique en quatre (04) Lots distincts que le marché a été attribué provisoirement pour le Lot N° 03 « PDR pour boitier de commande » au soumissionnaire EURL LAKELEC pour un montant exprimé en hors taxes de Cinq Millions Soixante-Treize Mille Neuf Cent Soixante-Neuf Dinars Algériens et Soixante Centimes (5 073 969,60DA/HT).

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la structure contractante, peuvent introduire leurs recours dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le BAOSEM, et ce, auprès de la structure contractante.

National & International Open Tender

N° APR/003/2023-Exp/RA1D

Supply of electrical equipment in four (04) separate lots:

Lot n°01 : PDR for generator set

Lot n°02: Relays

Lot n°03: spare parts for control box

Lot n°04: Miscellaneous electrical equipment

Sonatrach, Activité RPC, Division Exploitation Raffinage, Raffinerie d'Adrar, informs all bidders having participated to the National & International Open Tender N° APR/003/2023-Exp/RA1D, published on BAOSEM N° 2161 of 07/08/2023, relating to the :

Supply of electrical equipment in four (04) separate lots: that the contract has been awarded for the batch N°03 " spare parts for control box" to the tenderer EURL LAKELEC for an amount HT of Five Million Seventy-Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy-Nine Algerian Dinars and Sixty Cents(5,073,969.60DA/HT).

Tenderers who contest the choice made by the contracting structure may lodge their appeals with the contracting structure within a period of Five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM.
