NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER

Sonatrach, RPC Activity, Refining Exploitation Division, Adrar Refinery issues a national & international open invitation to tender, regarding:

Supply of electrical equipment in four (04) separate lots:

LOT N°01 : PDR for generator set

LOT N°02 : Relays

LOT N°03 : PDR for control box

LOT N°04 : Miscellaneous electrical equipment

Or requested at the email address: spm.ra1d@sonatrach.dz, in a period of 30 calendar days utmost as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem at 16h00, by every interested tenderer, in return of the payment of a nonrefundable amount of 2 000,00 DZD for Algerian tenderers or 20.00 € for foreign tenderers, and on the presentation of a copy of the trade register.

The payment shall be done by bank transfer to Adrar Refinery account:

the payment voucher related to the specifications’ withdrawal (bank voucher/ Cash deposit slip) must be established in the name of the tenderer.

The submission mode in one single step applies to this invitation to tender.

In this invitation to tender, the technical offers, with no reference to the price and the financial ones must be submitted simultaneously in two separated folds, contained in the same fold, sealed and anonymous, at the address:

The technical and financial offers’ submission deadline is fixed in 45 days as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem.

The technical offers are assorted by a submission bail with and amount of:

LOT N° 1 : PDR for generator set

For local tenderers: Two Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (200,000.00 DA)

For foreign tenderers : One Thousand Five Hundred Euros (1 500 ,00 €)

LOT N° 2 : Relay :

For local tenderers: Two Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (200,000.00 DA)

For foreign tenderers: One Thousand Five Hundred Euros (1 500 ,00 €)

LOT N° 3 : PDR for control box

For local tenderers: Five hundred thousand Algerian Dinars (500,000.00 DA)

For foreign tenderers: Three Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Euros (3 750 ,00 €)

LOT N°. 4: Miscellaneous electrical equipment

For local tenderers: Eight Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (800,000.00 DA)

For foreign tenderers: Six Thousand Euros (6 000 ,00 €)

Whose validity period is equal to the validity period of the bids, i.e. one hundred and twenty (120) days, with an additional period of Thirty (30) calendar days.

The folds containing the technical offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the following address:

The date and time shall be communicated in the invitation letters addressed to the tenderers participating in this invitation to tender.

The folds containing the financial offers shall be opened and examined in the presence who would like to attender their representatives duly mandated at the moment of the session of the financial offers’ opening and evaluation, which shall take place at the date, time and address mentioned in invitation that shall be addressed to the tenderers whose technical offers have been declared conform to the specifications.

Tenderers may participate for one or many batches.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 120 calendar days as of the date of the technical offers’ opening.
