AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE

La Société Algérienne De Réalisation De Projets Industriels, Société Par Actions, par abréviation « SARPI SPA » filiale à 100% SONATRACH, au capital social de 6 000 000 000 DA, dont le siège social est sis à 10, rue Mohamed Taher Semmani, Hydra, Alger, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N° 15/A/2025 portant: 

Fourniture de matériel génie civil allotie en (11) onze lots:

Lot 01 : Quatre (04) Chargeurs sur pneus 4m3 avec pince de chargement pipe

Lot 02 : Quatre (04) Chargeur compact (SKID TEER)

Lot 03 : huit (08) Pelles mécaniques sur chenilles, avec attaches rapide et brises roche

Lot 04 : Un (01) Pelle mécaniques sur pneus 15T avec marteau brise roches

Lot 05 : Deux (02) Mini-Pelle sur chenille

Lot 06 : Deux (02) Rouleaux compacteur 2T

Lot 07 : Un (01) Compacteur pneumatique 20T

Lot 08 : Un (01) Compacteur monocylindrique 20T

Lot 09 : Deux (02) Camion Malaxeur 7 à 8 m3

Lot 10 : Cinq (05) Auto-bétonnière 3 M3

Lot 11 : Deux (02) Dumper 4X4 2 M3

Que le Lot N°03 est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « INTRACO SPA » déclaré le moins disant pour un montant de 1 740 888. Euro CFR en chiffre ;

Soit en lettre : Un million sept cent quarante mille huit cent quatre-vingt-huit euro CFR.

Que le Lot N°09 est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « INTRACO SPA » déclaré le moins disant pour un montant de 280 028.00 Euro CFR en chiffre ;

Soit en lettre : Deux cent quatre-vingts mille vingt-huit cent euro CFR.

Les soumissionnaires contestataires de cette attribution, peuvent introduire un recours adressé au Président de la Commission des Marchés Entreprise de SARPI Spa et déposé contre accusé de réception au niveau de la structure SDAS de SARPI Spa, au plus tard cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin des Appels d’Offres du Secteur de l’Energie et des Mines (BAOSEM).

Provisional Awarding Notice

The Algerian Company of Industrial Projects Realization, Joint Stock Company “SARPI Jsc”, a 100% subsidiary of Sonatrach, with a share capital of 6 000 000 000 DA located at: 10, Rue Mohamed Tahar Semmani, hydra- Algiers, informs all the tenderers having participated in the national and international open invitation to tender N° 15/A/2025 , regarding:

Supply of civil engineering equipment divided into eleven (11) batches:

Batch 01: Four (04) 4m³ wheel loaders with pipe loading clamp

Batch 02: Four (04) Compact loaders (SKID TEER)

Batch 03: Eight (08) Crawler excavators with quick couplers and rock breakers

Batch 04: One (01) 15T wheeled excavators with rock breaker hammer

Batch 05: Two (02) Crawler mini-excavators

Batch 06: Two (02) 2T compactor rollers

Batch 07: One (01) 20T pneumatic roller compactor

Batch 08: One (01) 20T single-drum roller compactor

Batch 09: Two (02) 7 to 8 m³ mixer trucks

Batch 10: Five (05) 3 m³ self-propelled concrete mixers

Batch 11: Two (02) 2 m³ 4X4 dump trucks

That the Batch n° 03  has been provisionally awarded To tenderer: « INTRACO SPA » declared the lowest offer

for an amount of: 1.740.888 euros CFR

That the Batch n° 09  has been provisionally awarded To tenderer: « INTRACO SPA » declared the lowest offer

for an amount of: 280.028.00 euros CFR

The tenderers questioning this awarding may introduce recourse addressed to:

The President of the Contracts’ Commission of SARPI Spa

And deposited in return of an acknowledgment receipt at the SDAS Structure of SARPI Spa, in a delay of 05 workdays utmost as of the date of the publication of this notice in the Bulleting of the invitation to Tender of the Energy and Mines Sector (BAOSEM).
